Delivery Policy
1. UK Delivery:
Standard Delivery: We offer standard delivery within the UK at a flat rate of £3.99. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer express delivery at a rate of £7.99. Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 business days.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on all UK orders over £75.
2. International Delivery:
We deliver worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Europe: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
Rest of the World: Delivery within 7-14 business days.
Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 12 PM (UK time) on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
4. Tracking:
All orders are sent with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
5. Delays:
While we strive to meet all delivery times, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing times.
Returns Policy
1. 14-Day Return Window:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@topofthetops.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and specify the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@topofthetops.co.uk. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement, including any return postage costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as socks or undergarments, unless they are faulty.
7. International Returns:
For international returns, please follow the same return process. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Customised Items:
Customised or personalised items (e.g., shirts with printed names or numbers) are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
